Water Jet Water is the most powerful cutting tool in history. With our Water Jet facility, we have the ability to create custom shapes without the need of an entry point.	Stamping Stamping has been a staple of manufacture for the past 200 years. Our stamping facility, with our 150 ton stamping capacity, is well suited for part manufacturing. Part Assembly and Inspection Some parts need human hands to put them together. Our staff is happy to put their hands on your product to finalize your product for your end process/customer. These same hands check your part for quality with Sigma Six style inspections.	Grinding Have a tool needing repair? MTD has a state of the art grinding facility that is capable of replicating and producing customer replacement parts for your tools.	Die Creation MTD is a tool and die shop. While we love running progressive dies through our stamping facility, we really love building customized dies for your product. Our Tool & Die makers will work closely with your engineers to ensure your die performs as specified.
CNC Machining With our multi-axis CNC machines, we are capable of prototyping parts or building custom parts with computerized accuracy and speed. Let us build your prototypes in our CNC machine so you can test your product before you mass produce.	Turning With state of the art turning capabilities, provided through CNC machines as well as lathe equipment, MTD has the ability to turn metal into the shapes you need.
